The cutlery steel used in Perpétue cutlery provides a good cutting edge, but stains or oxidizes under certain washing conditions (the detergent used, the washing cycle, the presence of acidic food residues, etc.). We recommend removing cutlery from the dishwasher as soon as the cycle is complete, as condensation can contribute to this oxidation.
