The Intempora collection of large and small kitchen knives has a high-performance design and uses high-quality materials that will make anyone more skilled in the kitchen. The handle of the Intempora kitchen knives is made from shockproof fibreglass-reinforced polyoxymethylene polymer that is resistant to wear and tear and heat. Its hand-polished finish gives it a very pleasant velvety feel. The blade is made from Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel with a high carbon content for effective cutting and excellent corrosion resistance. The full tang blade runs along the entire handle and gives the knife both durability and balance. After washing, the fiberglass may show slight white streaks. Simply lightly oil the handle to restore its blue color.
