Technical specifications
With its 11,5cm lenght, it can be used to scrape the bottom of jars (spreads, jams and other sweet or savoury treats).
Its rounded wide tip is ideal for quick spreading and its 7.5cm serrated sectiion is perfect for cutting bread, pastries, sausages, eggs...
X50CrMoV15 stainless steel is highly anti-corrosive and ensure a perfect cut.
Blade hardness 56-57 HRC
Beech is the most commonly used wood for the manufacture of Opinel handles. From France, our beech is hard, durable and easy to work. With a homogeneous appearance, its light color varies from yellow to pink. It is characterized by the presence of numerous small dark dashes.
