Mackerel in tahini sauce

  • 1 bunch fresh herbs (dill, parsley, chives, etc.)
  • 8 mackerel, gutted
  • 2 tablespoons tahini soup
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch paprika

Method

1Rinse

Rinse the mackerel thoroughly. 

2Prepare the mackerel

Finely chop the herbs and stuff the mackerel with this mixture. 

Heat the plancha over a high heat and grill the mackerel for 10 minutes, turning regularly. 

3Prepare the sauce

Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the tahini with the lemon juice, chopped garlic and 80 ml water. 

Season with salt, pepper and paprika. 

4All set!

Serve the mackerel with the tahini sauce.
