Brie cheese turnover

  • 1 Meule de Brie
  • 1 carré de pâte feuilletée
  • 2 cuillères à soupe de purée de potiron
  • Noix hachées
  • 1 oeuf
  • 1 tige de poivron
  • Ficelle alimentaire
  • Cure dent

Brie cheese turnover

1Turn on the oven

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.

2Preparing the turnovers

Spread the pumpkin purée in the centre of the pastry square, then add the chopped walnuts and Brie.

3Seal the pastry

Seal the pastry tightly again.

Cross 4 pieces of cooking twine and turn the turnover over.

Tie the twine in the centre to form quarters and trim the excess.

4To cook

Brush your turnovers with beaten egg and bake in the lower part of the oven for 20 minutes at 200°C.

5All set!

Remove the strings and use the toothpick to insert the pepper stalk into the centre of the turnover.
