The N°114 purple vegetable knife, made in France, showcases a colour from the Paysage range, a mosaic of muted, vibrant hues that evoke the earth and our roots.
The bird's beak blade is made of stainless steel and is 7 cm long. Its curved shape makes preparing vegetables easy, and the scraping back allows for gentle cleaning. The handle is made of varnished hornbeam, which is comfortable to hold and makes the knife easy to handle.
This thin blade is ideal for precise, delicate tasks such as peeling, garnishing and carving fruit and vegetables, but is not suitable for slicing large, hard-skinned vegetables such as squash or celeriac.
