The vegetable knife features a red lacquered hornbeam handle and a sharp 7-cm stainless steel blade. It is curved and has a scraping back. This allows vegetables to be prepared, cut and cleaned gently.
Made in France, its red colour is part of the Paysage colours that pay homage to nature.
This thin blade is ideal for precise, delicate tasks such as peeling, garnishing and carving fruit and vegetables, but is not suitable for slicing large, hard-skinned vegetables such as squash or celeriac.
